What's been Cooking

We've done a lot of cooking & baking the last month. Here's crescant rolls we made from scratch that were scrumptious. We had enough to freeze for 4 meals:

Next up is good old fashioned chocolate chip cookies:

These Lollipop Cookies were a big hit-very fun to make!!

Yesterday, Hannah & 2 of her friends (Carmen & Jekara) made fudgy chocolate pie. WOW! It was good-it was kind of fussy, there were 4 parts to it & I didn't help at all. My dh did have to bring home cool whip, though because they accidentally turned the whipping cream into butter. LOL!!

So, those were some of our kitchen highlights for the month of February. I'm way behind on things I wanted to blog about-hoping to catch up this week.
